What Kinds of Cases Does Estate Litigation Include?
Many Estate Litigation cases involve either a will or a trust that was improperly created. An elderly or incompetent person was coerced to sign the document, or because he or she did not understand what the document was. Many times these cases involve dementia, Alzheimer's, or other medical conditions that can require medical experts to testify. Other Estate Litigation cases involve a trustee of a trust or an executor of a will who does not meet their fiduciary dates in administering the estate assets, or more, has used them for their own purposes.
